Grape Varieties: 100% Sagrantino
Region: The vineyards are located near the Commune of Bevagna, Arquata in the Montelfalco zone in the central region of Umbria.
Vinification: Fermentation on the skins occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 33°C.
