Deep brick red colour with crimson edges. The nose displays strong Coonawarra blackcurrant aroma with hints of mint, cedar, liquorice and spice. Very sophisticated palate structure with refined use of French Oak- and very persistent flavours of blackcurrant, cedar, spice and liquorice allsorts. Fine grain tannin structure with long after taste of plum, blackcurrant, cedar and spice. Cellar 5-6 years.
