Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Brilliant straw colour, excellent mousse and fine profuse bead. Delightful nose with distinct yeast autoylsis character. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees and biscuit. The palate is relatively light, with flavour of yeast lees, grapefruit and biscuit. Crisp acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of lemon and biscuit. Cellar 2 – 3 years (2003-2004) and allow further complexity to evolve.
