Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Region: The vineyard of Rabaja in the commune of Barbaresco in the northern region of Piemonte.
Characteristics: Medium red in colour. Red currant, cherry, cinnamon, underbrush and herbs on the nose. Lush sweet and rather stylish with lovely inner mouth perfume. Plenty of extract and intensity. Finishes with dusty tannins and good length.
Serve: 18ºC and double decant delicately.
Try With: Spezzatino (meat stew) with eggplant, potato, capsicum and peas.
