Tasting note: Pale straw gold. Engaging sweetness borders on banana confectionary, before settling into a generous vanilla cream / fruit yoghurt-like sniff. Loses some lift in the later passes but gains a fresh barley emphasis. Semi sweet, middle weighted with a harmonious combination of barley, vanilla and soft spice. Concludes dry and lively with hints of fruit and cocoa. Non Chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
