Grape variety: 100% Barbera
Region: The Bricchi vineyards in Rocchetta Tanaro in the region of Piemonte.
Production: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-27ºC for 20 days before ageing in small oak casks for 6 months. It is aged a further 8 months in the bottle.
Characteristics: An intense ruby red with a soft garnet glow. Full intense aromatic and seductive, the bouquet verges on vanilla with a hint of liquorice and cocoa.
Serve: at room temperature
