Region: The commune of Serralunga D’Alba, Barolo in the northern region of Piemonte.
Production: Traditional floating cap fermentation, alternating traditional pump overs for 10 days. A week long submerged cap maceration follows before being aged in small 300 litre oak casks.
Characteristics: This Barolo best typifies the virtuosity and breeding of this wine. It has an aroma of wilted roses and a hint of underbrush that make this wine harmonious and complete. It has great tannins and acidity which will ensure longevity of this wine.
