1995 Mildara Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson, ruby red colour. On the nose aromas of ripe blackcurrants abound which are enhanced by background notes of spice, cedar and confectionary. The palate displays both weight and depth of flavour. Ripe blackcurrants, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours are enhanced by just a hint of cedar and leather. Fine, but quite firm tannin structure, with lingering liquorice, confectionary and cedar aftertaste. Cellar 5 - 8 years.
