1995 Liquid Sun Miltonduff 20 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Another great Miltonduff hits our shores, this time from German independent bottler, "The Whisky Agency", whose focus up until recently has been the Swedish and Asian markets. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2015.

Tasting note: Brilliant glossy gold showing thick legs with aromas of poached pear, honey and sweet spices, followed by cream tea biscuits and oatmeal in a gently prickly, peppery lift. Better with air. Beautifully soft, rounded delivery with juicy pear tart and vanilla rolling into a crisp finish. Fine cedary oak and light beeswax carry the aftertaste. So fresh for its age. Utterly delicious Miltonduff. 51.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
