Made only in vintage years, Dom Perignon is produced exclusively from the noble grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best crus in Champagne. The wine benefits from a long ageing in the cellars and then expresses the unique style of Dom Perignon, precise, complex, ethereal, silky and sensual.

Pale yellow colour, with gold highlights. The brioche and honey tones quickly blend with fresh almonds and apricot, embellished by hints of smokiness. After the upfront intensity and roundness, there is a gradual tension, which becomes persistent, vibrant, pure, mineral and fruity.
