1994 Zuber Estate Pink Cliffs Shiraz

At last another outstanding red from Albino Zuber and would you believe a new label - still pink but rather more stylish, being oval shaped. Deep crimson brick red colour. The nose is very appealing with aromas of spicy plum and black pepper over cedar notes in the background. The palate displays excellent depth of flavour and persistence, with strong spicy black pepper flavours to the forefront. In the background the blackberry, cedar and spice flavours emerge to create a delightful harmony and balance. Long cedar, black pepper, plum and stewed fruit aftertaste. Great drinking now or cellar another 3 - 4 years.
