1994 Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Two years younger than the Dalfarras, and still very classy. Thenose is a treat, opening immediately to reveal superb, almostperfumed aromas of mulberries, ripe plums, strong blackcurrantsand spicy cedar. The blackcurrant mulberry flavours persist ontothe palate counter pointed by spicy stewed fruit flavours -excellent length and balance with fine, but soft tannins on thefinish. As in the Dalfarras just a whiff of tea leaf on theaftertaste - which is very long - but dominated by long spicedblackcurrant farewell. Beautiful drinking. Cellar 5-8 years.\Z
