1994 E.Guigal Cotes du Rhone Rouge

Deep crimson, brick red colour. The nose is quite delightful, with cherry aromas dominating and traces of earthy leather aromas in the background. The palate has good weight with stewed fruit and plum flavours dominating. The tannin structure is quite firm but there is plenty of fruit supporting it. Long dusty leather plum and stewed fruit aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.
