1994 Brokenwood Cabernet Sauvignon

Brokenwood have been making a succession of excellent reds usingthe technique of inter regional blending. Deep crimson colour.Excellent uplifted nose, showing considerable complexity. Cedar,blackcurrant vanilla and chocolate aromas fill the nose. Thepalate shows good structure, ripe fruits, blackcurrant and cedarwith just a tiny hint of tea leaf. The tannin structure is quitefirm, but in balance, with long chocolate and stewed plumaftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.\Z
