ABV: 14%

Sourced from 80 year old vines and matured in American oak for 2 years. The colour is holding up very well displaying an opaque black brick red colour with dark brick red hue. The nose displays excellent lift with intense aromas of mocha, vanillin oak and liquorice intermixed with some old leather, a touch of earth and spice. The palate still retains its richness and has taken on a supple silky smooth mouthfeel. Generous flavours of mocha, liquorice and vanillin oak with some underlying leather and spice. Velvety tannin structure with long mocha, vanillin oak, liquorice and old leather aftertaste. A superb example of aged Barossa Shiraz.
Drink now whilst still at it’s peak.
