The 1993 cabernet has thepotential to develop over the next 10 years. A blend of 90%Cabernet and 10% Cabernet Franc the wine has spent 18 months inFrench oak giving the wine its cedar overtone. Deep brick redcolour. The nose displays uplifted blackcurrants spice andvanillin cedar aromas. The palate has good weight and depth offlavour - with blackcurrant cedar notes enhanced by liquoriceand blackberry and a hint of confectionary on the aftertaste.Fine dry tannin structure with long aftertaste.\Z
