1991 Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon

Margaret River, Western Australia, AUSTRALIA
$120. 00
Bottle
$1440.00 Dozen
Closure: Cork

Crop Yield: 3.5 tonnes per acre.Vintage conditions for 1991 were similar to 1990, although the season was drier and warmer. Medium weight crimson colour. The nose is a little subdued at this stage, however, the cedar and blackcurrant aromas evolve with a hint of cherry and chocolate spice. The palate structure is relatively tight and a lot more assertive with its fine dry and lingering tannins. The palate flavours are impressive with blackcurrant and plum dominant, supported by spice, leather and cedar. A wine with at least a decade of cellaring potential.
