A beautiful wine. Medium body, crimson colour. Aroma of mint and liquorice with hints of confectionary. The palate is refined – and displays elegance, complexity and power. Flavours of blackpepper, cedar and spice overlaid by a violet infusion over a plum background. Outstanding length. Fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins, followed by a very long cherry spice and cedar aftertaste.
