Tasting note: Bright gold. Initially reticent with delicate musky overtones and ripe pear mingling with soft threads of vanilla wafer. Deepens in the second pass as sweet figgy fruitiness develops with the malt. Quite forward and sweet displaying excellent balance. Lovely biscuity malt and firm spices at the finish. Concludes with vanilla and hints of fruit cake in the fade. Non chill filtered. 51.1% Alc./Vol.
