Tasting note: Matured in a Bourbon cask. Bright gold. Slightly bashful; hints of baking apples, vanilla wafer and light caramel but better after 5 minutes. A sweet and silky grain with a delicious thread of cream sponge and kit-kat bar; thicker and more luxurious towards the finish, finally unraveling with hints of vanilla malt, caramel fudge and ripe peach. Medium long but rebounds late. 50% Alc./Vol. Just under 200 bottles.
