1990 Douglas Laing & Co. XOP Xtra Old Particular Bunnahabhain 25 Year Old Single Cask Limited Edition Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

This is another selection from Douglas Laing's "Ridiculously rare" XOP collection. Matured in a refill hogshead from November 1990 to November 2015 and drawn from cask 10984, it's one of just 269 bottles. Old Bunnah' almost never disappoints. This one is described as big on ripe autumnal fruits, with early peat, brown sugar, milk chocolate and mocha flavours. Non chill filtered. A very reasonable price given the pedigree and presentation. The latter is another highlight - the whisky comes handsomely packaged in a wax-dipped bottle with dovetailed wooden box and its own individually numbered certificate.

Please note: slight cracks in the bottle's wax seal are not uncommon. This is not a packaging fault.
