Notes from the House of Billecart-Salmon
The Chardonnay comes from the Grands Crus vineyards of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Cramant in the Cote des Blancs. We pursue the same method of vinification laid out in 1850 which gives the cuvee a surprising length. The quantity is limited and we feel our Blanc de Blancs is a first class aperitif.
