Tasting note: Crystal clear. Opens with alluring wafts of hard cheese rind, dried apricot and wet cedar. The diversity continues in the second pass with suggestions of suede, tinned peach, tomato vine and more. Ten out of ten for aromatic complexity. A silky, cream textured entry develops in slow motion towards a peppery, juicy, sappy, salty mid palate. Turns bone dry with white pepper and green tomato accented in the fade. Just as you think it's all over the aftertaste rebounds with brine and beeswax. Super stylish blanco. The aroma is almost endless. Outstanding.40% Alc./Vol.
