Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays scents of ripe gooseberry, delicate passionfruit, green apple and lime. The palate delivers excellent palate weight and concentration with an intense flavour profile of gooseberry, passionfruit and lime with a clean crisp mineral infused finish. Good textural qualities. Excellent length with long passionfruit, lime and mineral aftertaste.
