Brilliant water like colour with pale straw tinge and watery hue. On the nose passionfruit top notes are followed by some green apple and lime notes. Light weight the palate displays flavours of passionfruit, lime and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish. Moderate aftertaste of green apple, lime and mineral. A light delicately flavoured Sauvignon Blanc.
