Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of gooseberry, passionfruit, green apple and citrus. Very crisp refreshing palate with the acidity a touch high at present. Flavours of citrus, green apple and mineral. Dry clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of green apple, citrus and mineral.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
