Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays excellent varietal character with a lime top note followed by citrus, orange rind and spice. Mouthfilling palate flavours with good crisp acidity. Lime, citrus and spice flavours displaying excellent length with a clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, spice and mineral.
