A complex and refined Sauvignon
Blanc.
Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. Refined nose displaying aromas of ripe
and unripe gooseberry, passionfruit, some grassy herbaceous characters and a citrus end note –
excellent intensity and varietal character. Intense ripe gooseberry and passionfruit flavours are
followed by some grassy herbaceous overtones, citrus, mineral and spice. Clean, crisp acidity with
long aftertaste of gooseberry, citrus and mineral.
