A magnificent example – Sauvignon Blanc doesn’t get much better than this!
Powerful and intensely flavoured, this is no delicate flower. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with lifted aromas of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit followed by some tropical fruit and citrus notes. The palate is overflowing with intense flavours of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit followed by a twist of citrus and spice. Outstanding concentration and mouthfeel. Clean crisp acid finish with very long aftertaste of ripe gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus and mineral.
