Brilliant very pale water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of gooseberry and citrus followed by a hint of unripe passionfruit. Clean dry palate flavours of light gooseberry, citrus and mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of citrus, gooseberry and mineral.
