Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted green grassy herbaceous characters are followed by unripe gooseberry and spice aromas. The palate exhibits mouthfilling herbaceous grassy ripe gooseberry flavours followed by some citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with the acidity holding up well. Long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry and spice.
