Bright straw pale gold colour with a greenish tinge and pale straw hue. Lifted peach top note followed by a hint of biscuit, spice and honeycomb. Flavours of delicate white peach and pear are followed by some spice, biscuit, almond and lees. Medium weight with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of spice, biscuit and roasted nuts.
