Pale straw colour with a green tinge and water like hue. The nose displays grassy herbaceous gooseberry characters with a touch of citrus as an end note. Flavours of gooseberry, grass, unripe passionfruit, mineral infusions and spice. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of spice, mineral, unripe gooseberry and unripe passionfruit.
