1.5% Semillon has been added to this wine. Bright pale straw colour with delicate green tinge. Ripe gooseberry and passionfruit nose – showing varietal character without the pungency that Sauvignon Blanc is capable of delivering. The palate surprises, with both its weight and mouthfeel. Generous flavours of anise, passionfruit and ripe gooseberry. Clean acid finish. Very long aftertaste of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit.
