Brilliant very pale straw colour with water like hue. Superb top note of ripe gooseberry, spice and tropical fruit with just a hint of confectionary
followed by unripe gooseberry in the background. The palate displays ripe gooseberry and citrus fruit flavours followed by spice – mouthfilling – there is a subtle grassy herbaceous back palate flavour. Clean acid finish. Grassy, ripe gooseberry aftertaste.
