Bright pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays good intensity with aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with a grassy citrus overlay. Mouthfilling texture with flavours of unripe gooseberry and unripe passionfruit followed by citrus with some grassy characters persisting. The flavour profile is slightly more refined and delicate in comparison to previous vintages. Clean crisp dry finish. Grassy citrus and unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
