Deep crimson purple colour with crimson mauve hue. Aromas of dark cherry, plum, spice and confectionary with a touch of toast – quite youthful. The palate displays good weight and richness but lacks depth. Flavours of blackberry, plum, confectionary and spice. Fine grained dry tannins with aftertaste of confectionary, blackberry and plum.
