label, his reputation was firmly established at Seresin. The philosophy behind the
Mahi Sauvignon Blanc range is to produce wines from single vineyards which
perfectly express the terroir of the vine.
Bright water like colour with water like hue.
Lifted nose of ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and tropical fruit. The nose shows excellent
length and depth of flavour partly due to the wild yeast ferment followed by tank and barrel characteristics.
The palate delivers flavours of ripe gooseberry, citrus, passionfruit and ripe gooseberry.
