This wine is produced by David O’Leary and Nick Walker and displays the same voluptuous palate texture that is often found in their O’Leary Walker Shiraz.
Opaque black dark red colour with dark crimson hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice allsorts, dark chocolate, confectonary and hints of black pepper. The palate possesses plenty of weight with generous ripe flavours of liquorice allsorts, dark chocolate and black plum finishing with some spicy blackpepper back palate flavours. Very fine grained soft tannin structure with aftertaste of blackpepper, liquorice allsorts and confectionary.
