Deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of plum, followed by spice notes with nuances of black pepper and mulberry. The palate is a touch lean with flavours of spice and black pepper with a hint of liquorice, truffle and earth. Very spicy back palate. Long aftertaste of spice and stewed fruit.
