Opaque black crimson colour with deep black crimson hue. The nose delivers a very perfumed aromatic profile of liquorice allsorts, blackberry, violets and confectionary. Medium to full bodied the palate is quite refined for a Heathcote Shiraz with flavours of blackberry, liquorice, spice and blackberry. Elegant structure with fine grained slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, spice and blackpepper.
Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015).
