Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of gooseberry, followed by confectionary with herbaceous vegetable end note and a hint of unripe gooseberry. The palate delivers flavours of tropical fruit with a hint of citrus and gooseberry. Moderate length. Some confectionary flavours on the back palate. Relatively soft acid finish. Gooseberry aftertaste.
