An elegant Chardonnay, inspired by Chablis. Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of melon, followed by fig and peach with light lees and hazelnut evident as an end note. Elegance and finesse define the palate. Citrus flavours of lees and hazelnut are followed by melon and spice on the back palate. Clean finish with long aftertaste of melon, fig and white peach.
