Very deep crimson, brick red colour with brick red hue. Showing some bottle development. Top note of cedar, followed by vanilla, confectionary, liquorice allsorts and spice with a touch of leather as an end note. The palate fruit flavours are holding up with flavours of stewed fruit, cedar and spice. Fine dryish slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, cedar and spice.
