A Pinot with plenty of character, which has been made from new Dijon Pinot clones. Bright deep crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Semi translucent. Lifted nose of dark cherry and spice, followed by a hint of liquorice and truffle. The palate has good weight with moderate Pinot power wave, showing good varietal character. Dark cherry, spice, liquorice and anise aftertaste.
