A light Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, water like colour with water like hue. The nose is delicate, missing the pungency so typical of the variety. Light, confectionary and ripe gooseberry top notes followed by light tropical fruit. The palate is light, with again tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry emerging. Very delicate aftertaste of light gooseberry and confectionary.
