A very impressive Heathcote Shiraz. Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Superb nose filled with violets, blackberry, liquorice and spice, delivering a perfumed lift. The palate reveals flavours of blackberry and spice followed by vanilla. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of plum, blackberry, spice and black pepper.
