An outstanding example of Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant, very pale straw colour, with water like hue. Lifted nose of ripe gooseberry, followed by ripe passionfruit. The palate has good depth of flavour, with unripe gooseberry dominant, followed by tropical fruit, semi-ripe passionfruit and just a touch of citrus, ripe and unripe gooseberry.
