Spectacular black purple colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose of violet, raspberry, blackcurrant and a hint of truffle. The palate has good weight, with fine raspberry and blackberry flavours interwoven over a white pepper backbone. Fine grained tannins. Excellent length. Long aftertaste of truffle, raspberry and blackcurrant.
