Bright straw colour with waterlike hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew, melon and fig showing good barrel ferment character. The palate displays a touch of lemon, followed by hazelnut and biscuit – showing good secondary flavours. Good acid balance with aftertaste of biscuit, hazelnut, melon and oak.
